Name On Back: If you would like to have a custom name on the back of the hoodie, input in the field box above, "Name on Jersey". Leave field blank if you would prefer no name. Unfortunately, the font used for the design doesn't allow for Hawaiian diacritical, the ʻokina (ʻ) and the kahakō (¯). 
Jersey Number: Jersey number must be a max of 2 characters (Ex. 00, 1, 01, 99, etc.) Leave field blank if you would prefer no number.

Custom team orders will take about 2-3 weeks to receive after cutoff date.  Local (Oahu Residents) Pickup will be coordinated with your team coach.
