RETURN POLICY

At DaHoodie, we take pride in creating custom-designed shirts made especially for you. Since the majority of our products are based on pre-orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-order items are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Production time for pre-orders is approximately 2 weeks before shipping or local pickup. 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a claim, email us at komarusolutions@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the defective item.
  • Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

 

LOCAL PICKUP & SHIPPING POLICY

Local Pickup (Free)

We offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to receive their orders in person. Pickup details are as follows:

  • Location: Kamehameha Shopping Center, 1620 N School St, Honolulu, HI 96817. (Exact meeting details will be provided upon order confirmation.)
  • Date & Time: Pickup will be available on a specific date within a set time window. Customers will be notified in advance.
  • Coordination: You will receive an email or text notification with the confirmed pickup date, time, and instructions. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth handoff.

If you are unable to pick up your order during the designated time, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements. Unclaimed orders after 14 days may be forfeited without a refund.

Shipping (Available at an Additional Cost)

For those who prefer delivery, we offer shipping at an additional cost.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2 weeks after production is complete.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
