$50 Combo Set:
1 Top & 1 Bottom

Custom jersey to include player name and number on the back of the Top jersey, and player number on the bottom shorts.

Compression style and designed to be fitted. Size up to get a looser fit. Measurement chart is for Top.

Set includes: 1 Sleeveless top w/ hoodie. 1 matching bottom 

CUSTOMIZATION
Name On Jersey: If you would like to have a custom name on the back of the jersey, input in the field box above, "Name on Jersey". Leave field blank if you would prefer no name. Unfortunately, the font used for the design doesn't allow for Hawaiian diacrticial, the ʻokina (ʻ) and the kahakō (¯). 

Jersey Number: Jersey number must be a max of 2 characters (Ex. 00, 1, 01, 99, etc.) Leave field blank if you would prefer no number.

Custom team orders will take about 2-3 weeks to receive after cutoff date.  Local (Oahu Residents) Pickup will be coordinated with your team coach.
