Copyright Policy

All custom jersey, apparel, and gear designs created by Da Hoodie are intellectual property and are protected under copyright law. By purchasing or commissioning a design, you agree to the following terms:

1️⃣ Ownership & Usage Rights

• All designs, including digital mockups and final artwork, remain the property of Da Hoodie unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for production by any third party without explicit written permission from Da Hoodie.

2️⃣ Restricted Use

• Customers are not permitted to use, sell, distribute, or reproduce any design for personal or commercial purposes outside of their order with Da Hoodie.
• Unauthorized use of any design will result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

3️⃣ Custom Orders & Revisions

• The $80 design fee grants the customer a license to review and approve a mockup but does not transfer ownership of the design.
• If a customer proceeds with the purchase, the design will be used exclusively for their team's orders placed through our private team page.
• Any modifications or reproductions outside of our production process require prior approval.

4️⃣ Enforcement of Copyright

• Any unauthorized duplication, modification, or commercial use of our designs will result in legal action.
• We actively monitor for infringement and will take necessary measures to enforce our rights.
